Pet Bottles (Single stage)

Traditionally, production of PET containers requires injection molding of preforms and subsequent stretching and blowing of these into bottles.

Process of making bottle in one single machine is known as Single Stage Bottles.

In single-stage method, The Pet Bottles transform from PET granules to finished bottle, in one machine.  This whole process is known as Injection stretch blow Molding (ISBM).

One major advantage of single stage bottles is also that the preforms and, subsequently, the bottles never leave the cabin, so because they are not subject to any human intervention - the environment is intrinsically clean, with a low risk of contamination.
