Pet Bottles (Two stage)

Traditionally, production of PET containers requires injection molding of preforms and subsequent stretching and blowing of these into bottles.

Process of making bottle in two separate machines is known as Two-Stage Bottles.

In two-stage bottles, the preform is injection molded on the first, then reheated  & blown in the second.

In Sarthak Pet, we manufacture in-house preforms and also blow mold bottles in our own plant. Our bottles are manufactured on high precise semi automatic Blow machines.
